“I’m a Great Golf Instructor,” you may say. Or”I had been a Golf Pro for 13 years and I perfected my match.” Or even”I’ve had a lot of fantastic golf training and reading stuff, and I have a whole lot of friends who play golf.” All these things make you feel good and proud of yourself, but what about your knowledge of this subject matter or area? Do you have pride in what you do?
When you take pride in what you do you automatically increase your ability to your levels of excellence. That’s because pride produces positive results. A Great Golf Instructor can create positive results in you by providing you with the knowledge of how to develop and implement a great golf swing.
Let Us look at a Good Golf Instructor in Another light. Say you are in a driving range and are having trouble with your backswing. You turn to your Good Golf Instructor for help. What do you believe he or she would do?
First, they would likely tell you that you have difficulty creating a straight back swing because your arm strength is insufficient. This Great Golf Instruction will most likely suggest that you brace yourself up with a shoulder strap. Next, Good Golf Instruction would tell you that your grip is wrong. (gripped in your fingers tips) If he or she told you this, Great Golf Instruction would then describe to you that the right way to grip the club is to put your thumb on the shaft as opposed to on top of it. Lastly, Great Golf Education would probably tell you that you have an unnatural swing.
Does this imply that the Great Golf Instructor is incorrect? Absolutely not. He or she’s telling you what’s been tried and tested through the years. This doesn’t mean that you have been doing it incorrectly all these years. The fact is, thousands upon thousands of professional golfers have been in the golf industry for more than thirty-40 decades. There’s absolutely not any reason that you should be excluded from this experience.
What’s missing in your game though? It’s your mental conditioning. You might be a fantastic golfer with great golf instruction but in case you have been swinging incorrectly for years, you haven’t improved much. You will need to return to the drawing board and do some serious work.
You can’t expect your handicaps to improve just because you took lessons from a quality facility. If the Great Golf Instructionary taught you in a costly golf academy, you should expect a higher than average lesson rate. If the facility was rated by its clients, you would probably be more likely to pay more for that type of instruction. If you go to a poor facility, you won’t get nearly as good of a lesson rate.
If you are considering hiring a Great Golf Instructor, ask about their background. How many years of golf education have they had? How many students have they trained? If they have not had many pupils in a while, that might be a negative signal. Ask for references and also ask to see photographs of the last students. You want to be sure you are receiving the best possible golf education.
Another thing you should look at is your lesson speed. Lesson rates can fluctuate considerably depending upon the day of the week and even if it’s a popular day of the week, there’ll always be people paying less than ideal prices. Paying more for a Great Golf Instructor does not mean that you will get better training. If the facility is constantly struggling to fill places, that could indicate the instructors gross salary is not very high and they get fewer pupils per class.
Other factors you should look at include the length of time the golf academy has existed. If it’s existed for a few decades, it is more likely to be a superb place to learn from. The golf academy might have had difficulty in the past but it probably has a fantastic staff and great instructors. This is a huge indicator of a terrific institution and one that will allow you to become a better golfer in the future.
The last thing you should look at is if the golf facility offers private lessons. If it only offers a couple of different swing methods, instructors won’t need to travel and will have access to other great instructors from their everyday journeys to other golf academies nearby. This permits them to teach more students per lesson and get better feedback from students about how they are doing. You will have more opportunities to get better advice and greater expectations whenever you have access to great teachers instead of the average instructor.
