If your hands are too far away from your body, making it tough to stabilize your body and lose your footing. Also, attempting to strike the ball with too much of your shoulder and arm will lead to inconsistent swings, causing you to wind up hitting more fade shots than golf shots.

Always practice with a friend, so you can watch each other’s golf swing throughout each hole. When you see other players’ golf swings, you will have the ability to pick out what you would like to do differently, to be able to improve your own swing.
